Designing

The design phase is the primary and most complex process in the swimming pool project. Because, the swimming pool design can be implemented only after understanding the needs and requirements of the customer. The designer will take a detailed survey of the proposed area by including buildings, its position, location of utilities, and accessibility to the construction site.

Layout

In layout phase, the position of the swimming has to be marked and to verify the measurements.

Excavation

The excavation process is started after completing the layout for the swimming pool. The pool area can be excavated to the desired shape. The level lip has to be done in order to set the exterior forms or block work. The excavation process is often done using bulldozers and excavators.

Grade Cut or Grading

Grading is the next phase. A grade cut may be required level area in which to lay out the pool, if the site is not in level.

Steel Work

After excavation and grading, re enforced steel rods are used to frame and shape the swimming pool. It will create a lattice throughout the entire pool structure. This steel skeleton will give superior strength to the structure.

Guncreting

Guncreting is the next phase on swimming pool construction. The concrete in which mortar or concrete is pneumatically projected at high velocity on the backup surface is known as shotcrete or gunite. It is also known as spray concrete as the force of jet impacting on the surface compacts it so as to make itself supporting.

Water Proofing

Sometimes Concrete walls or hollow-block walls are not sufficient to ensure a full waterproofing and avoid leakage of a swimming pool. Before putting the swimming pool into service, a complete waterproofing must be applied.

MEP

The plumbing for each pool is designed specifically to give it the best circulation and filtration for crystal clear water and ease of maintenance. We perform hydraulic calculations to ensure that all equipment and piping are of the correct size to combine water clarity and energy conservation. By this point, electrical conduits for pool lights and for pool equipment power should be run. The breaker box at the location of the pool equipment should be installed and ready for the equipment to be set. Gas lines to the pool heaters should also be run to the equipment location.

Tiling

The next phase is swimming pool tiling. The pool tiles are selected according to the wishes of the customer. Because the texture and color of the swimming pool tiles could vary from person to person. Because the taste each person is different.
